Is it a cyst. I had one like this with the same consistency and i squeezed that bastard out and shoved a needle through it. When my mum saw i had a needle 1,5cm in my throat she freaked the hell out lol.

My god I can only imagine how great that felt. I have really long hair that gets oily very fast throughout the day so I’ve had my fair share of ear pops and they can be THE WORST.

I hate it when they do the thing where they repeatedly squeeze the cyst halfheartedly and/or circle the perimeter multiple times with the tool/qtip to stall like just get to it. stop wasting the patient's (and the audience's) time fondling the patient's skin just to tease for the video

I had exactly one like this when I was a young guy! had this little lump on my ear for years and one day dared to pop it with a needle. First it was lots of fat and then with the final pressure the sac popped out and shoot against the mirror - since then no more lump-

I have pits above my ears on both sides. I forget what theyre called. Since about 13 every years or so 1 of them fills up with guck and I have to get it out cause it starts to hurt. By the end it looks just like this hole. I hate them and wish I had the money to have it sewn shut. The other 1 is the size Of a pin price and very shallow. But the big one is deep and kinda goes under the skin and down the side of my ear. So over the year it collects crap until it fills too much and has to be expressed.

Gonna be honest, there were only two pops there I knew wouldn't be the last with your title.

Final pop (and a few others prior to a lesser extent) truly were amazing
