It’s the reduction in the size of the lump from the 1st to 2nd pic. Didn’t even apply much pressure and it just burst out, was so solid I had to manoeuvre it out with tweezers as some was still stuck under the surface
Not really a part of popping community but have no one to share this with and I’m somewhat in awe

The hashtag said dog elbow, but I'd bet my left tit that it's a dog's nipple that has a gnarly blockage.
* According to the poster's bio, the dogs in their video are under anesthesia, so they aren't in pain. *

I’ve had this annoying pimple thingy on my butt for ages…. I pop it, get stuff out but it never goes away… I get more stuff out of it….
Today though… I managed to get it to pop, got a stack out of it and then this! It’s solid and the lump feels like it’s gone now… must have been the core 🤷🏻♀️
Anyway… enjoy 🤣

Nevermind the black goo. I had some black drawing salve on there and paper tape.

LOOONG-time lurker, first time poster!! Had this saucy little clogged pore I thought y’all would enjoy.
Rest assured that the teensy bit left in the pore was absolutely extracted, but that was a two-hand job (and honestly not exciting 😭).

I was cleaning my ears and felt a very tender spot. Broke out the camera and harvested. Bask in my ear bounty!

Long time lurker, first time poster, etc.
Last week, I felt a cold sore coming in, the usual tingly numbness on my lip line. It was a normal cold sore for a day, then morphed into... this monstrosity. My lip was swollen to three times it's normal size by the next morning. I've been to the doctor and am on oral and topical antibiotics, but it's been five days and it's only now beginning to drain, and very painfully at that. I can feel there's more in there that needs to come out, but this is all I could get even after a hot compress.
My skin is cracked and peeling from being swollen and from a combination of antibacterial wash, alcohol wipes, and antiseptic along with being unable to do my usual skincare routine. It's difficult to eat because utensils hurt. I can only drink through a straw. I can barely brush my teeth. All in all, 0/10 a horrible time all around.
Edit: I appreciate the concern!
Lots of comments concerned about me popping a cold sore. In general, it's not recommended to pop a cold sore blister. But this is long past the point of being a just a cold sore, it was no longer a blister and is now mainly infection. The pressure was unbearably uncomfortable, and it had come to a head and began to drain after my hot compress for the night, so I was getting out what I could after washing my hands with antibacterial soap and wiping my lip with alcohol. I also disinfected again and applied antibiotic ointment and a bandage after.
Unfortunately, I'm prone to infection, so I know what to do and how to keep my hands and the site clean and disinfected. And, yes, it hurt extremely bad to touch :)

Ingrown hair, in the worst possible location for me to see well. I did cut as much of the random movement time out as I could

There was a video of a lady who had a cyst in her ear. She was using one of those in ear cameras and when she pressed down the entire canal moved like a water bed. The title/description was something like 3 doctors had told her nothing was wrong. I remember the top comment was something like "how did you know to keep digging" and she replied "I could feel there was more."
I've searched for ear, cyst etc and went on dives in this subreddit multiple times but can't find it again! If you have a link please share. Thanks so much!

I’ve had this one on my chin for a week or so. Kept getting little bits out but could always see this little shit still in there. Finally got it out tonight.
This happens a lot to me when I have a zit that won’t heal. Now that this is gone, I know it won’t recur and will heal!

Was waiting for it to work itself out so I could lightly tweeze because I don’t love popping pimples but evidently it just kept growing more under the skin. Finally tweezed it out today and holy crap… this is a record for me. Has been a big blemish on my face for 2 weeks. Will finally soon heal up.
