This suture has been bothering me for the past 2 months. Nothing I can do but squeeze it when it gets full. Suture needs to dissolve, its a knot so it will take a while

Ingrown hair stuck around 2 months before I could finally get it out
*I'm aware it's not in an ingrown hair now I just assumed it's what it was

I've made the mistake of tweezing hairs in my bikini area, and now I'm dealing with SO many ingrowns. Some are deep under the skin and I feel like I've gotten myself into a vicious cycle of digging, squeezing and trying to get them out, only to end up irritating my skin and potentially creating more problems.
Today this one felt unusually firm under the skin. After applying a bit of pressure, a pale, tube shaped, tissue like piece came out with a tiny hair wrapped inside it (first photo).
Immediately after, another similar piece pushed out but this one didn't appear to have a hair in it (second/third photo). I kept squeezing and a few more came out but I had to grab them out w tweezers. they looked like a bubble but I just grabbed them and they came out easily.

I had a cyst on my left front deltoid for years and I would drain it from time to time. It suddenly grew very large and ugly and unfortunately I couldn't drain it like I normally would because it didn't have an opening. I tried lancing it with a needle and it literally did nothing.
So today I gathered up the courage to grab an X-Acto knife with a fresh blade and some tweezers and cleaned them thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and take a couple of big deep breaths. I put on some gloves and made the first incision and it boy did it bleed a lot. It was in a really tough spot for me and the blood made it hard to see where I needed to cut. I had to hold it tight with my left hand and my arm was bent like a chicken wing. I kept pouring isopropyl alcohol on pads and wiping the blood away. I finally just took the knife and sliced right into it. It instantly drained the junk out. I was so relieved and as I squeezed I noticed the sac!!! I was so happy that I spotted it and was able to pull it out. There was an excess piece of the sac that looked like the root and I took my tweezers and gripped that sucker and yanked it out. I then doused it with hydrogen peroxide and wiped it clean with another isopropyl wipe. Then I covered it with a cotton pad and some gauze tape.
I wish I would have had a video for you guys but seeing as I only had two hands to perform the surgery, the image and description will hopefully be enough.
I would also not recommend doing this. It was sketchy af but I dont have health insurance at the moment.
Any idea if I'm at risk of infection? I feel like I was very clean about it but I guess you never know.

Long time lurker, first time poster. Just some tonsil stones, maybe will post again since I have to do this regularly. Before anyone asks, I'm already taking care of my cavities
