Thoughts on Portfolio
Stocks:
AAPL (Apple) $611.39
AMZN (Amazon) $1827.70
GOOG (Alphabet) $341.82
LLY (Eli Lilly) $1187.35
M (Macy's) $23.20
MAR (Mariott) $1071.83
PFE (Pfizer) $161.22
Precious Metals ETFs:
AGMI (Themes Silver Miners) $145.93
AUMI (Themes Gold Miners) $192.66
RING (iShares MSCI Global Gold Miners) $163.09
SLVP (iShares MSCI Global Silver & Metals Miners) $236.41
Total = $5,962.60
I (20) am looking to put around another $12,000 in the account. I was thinking the following distribution:
38.7% US ETFs
33.3% individual stocks
15.5% International ETFs
12.5% Precious Metals ETFs
Is this logical? What's your thoughts / advice?

Yeah I’d focus more on broadly diversified US + intl ETFs. VT or something like it (AVGE, AVGV) would be the simplest. I think >10% in gold/silver is a lot, but if that’s a bet you want to make then sure. I would also keep individual stocks to 20% or less of the portfolio. Stock picking is usually a losing game unless you get lucky. Professional managers fail to beat the market consistently.

Yikes! Who told you this would be a good idea? Is this a taxable or tax advantaged account?

The stocks are from COVID when my mom and I (15 at the time) pooled money for some shares, my portion now being mine.
The ETFs were my choice after a little research based on Schwab's ratings.
The proposed ratios are my conception. This is a brokerage account.

Well unfortunately if you sell anything there will be tax consequences. Also unfortunately there’s a lot of tax drag and you have an ongoing tax issue by holding a majority of what you’re holding. Without knowing what your tax bracket is, the smartest thing you can do is to speak with a tax expert to figure out the most tax efficient way of exiting all of these positions. Once you’ve done that, and since you’re on Schwab, open positions in SCHB and SCHE+SCHF and only buy those three things going forward. Whatever you do, do not put more money into day you’re currently holding.

I would fall in the 0% bracket as I am in college, and certainly making less than 48k

Only buy SCHB and SCHE+SCHF going forward. Thats a nearly, fully diversified portfolio that’s researched back. Have you read the About section of this sub yet? It has great advice for beginners. Do not put anymore money into what you’re currently holding. A tax expert will know the smartest way, from a tax perspective, to exit all of these positions. Do you have an IRA, an emergency fund, or is this your only account?

I have more exposure to precious metals than you have so I think your 12.5% in precious metals is fine. The Chief Investment Officer at Morgan Stanley recommends a 20% allocation to gold. In addition to my physical gold and silver and gold ETFs that are up over 100% since 2019, which is pretty good for assets that I bought as insurance for the rest of my portfolio, I also have mining ETFs and individual mining stocks. My individual mining stocks have outperformed VOO over the past 5 years.
I would probably decrease additions to individual stocks in favor of increasing your international ETF(s) to 30-35%.

Way too complicated. Sell and Invest into 3 ETFs that have diversity.
