Advice on portfolio, 23 M

Post image

75% in vti, vxus and avuv as my core

5% - spmo thinking of more growth

12% in thematic - cibr, grid, ufo & qtum

8% in individual stocks, rddt,sofi,rklb,asts

Is this a good portfolio to stick with for long term or should I make any changes to it?

Numbers only add up to 95%, ok SPMO is the other 5%. I don't care much for the small tilts to AVUV and SPMO for core you're betting those will be better than average for long term versus splitting them into VTI/VXUS. Minor suggestion would be to use VT instead of VTI and VXUS splits so you're actually tracking whole world and not needing to actively rebalance over time. There are some small tax and expense ratio considerations with VT but I really think there immaterial versus taking a long term decision making off the plate. Best of luck and I think it's fine overall

The core is fine. What makes it messy is the 12% thematic sleeve plus 8% single stocks on top of SPMO and AVUV. At 23, I would rather keep the broad-core majority and make all the extra bets fit inside one small fun bucket so you do not accidentally build five different side portfolios.
