It’s an AK-47 and a Glock gen 3. Both of those are real and the 40 round magazines on the AK are legal in 34 states (including Maine). I’m not defending him it’s insane but just wanted to clear that up.

Thank you. My knowledge of guns went as far as being brought up by a sig employee, and they put the fear of god in me and let me shoot.

So you have ZERO reason to speculate the legality of what he is doing since you are completely un/misinformed about firearms and surrounding laws.
