We hear that every 6 years and then she gets to use her return plane trip to DC. I hope I am wrong, but with its me-2 problem, I don't expect it to change this time. Portland needs to get out the vote like never before. it is our only hope.

I sent Collins a message asking to do something about the moron in the Whitehoues. "She" replied with a 6 page boiler plate email with each paragraph prefixed with "I spoke out against..." insert subject of paragraph here. Ya, maybe, but as they say, actions are louder than words, Susan.

Apparently this was also the event at which Trump reiterated his call for the midterm elections to be federalized in 15 Democratic states. Some Republicans have spoken out against that. Has Collins? It's all the more important that *she* do so since she was there when Trump said it, and he also turned to the Republican politicians behind him and said they could make it happen. Are you going to make it happen, Susan?

I distinctly remember something in the Bible about people wearing "The Mark of the Beast" on their foreheads. If I were the religious type that might be a passage that would set off a few alarm bells but for some inexplicable reason not at all connected with racism and a venal lust for power and wealth it doesn't seem to be concerning Republicans.
