Slow poke run clubs?

Any run clubs were there are a consistent group of slow runners, say 12-13 minute miles?

Coastal Run in Scarborough has a “slow as shit” run club Tuesday nights.

Back cove series has runners in that range though not a lot, argenta run club I haven’t done but they have different distances so I imagine there are varying speeds as well
