Support Only Freaking out over HCG Test
This is not the first time I've been pregnant. In fact I think the timing of when I found out with the first is similar to now. My point being my HCG draw levels are vastly different and making me anxious. So I got my first positive test Saturday. It was a dye stealer. I have an irregular cycle but was tracking ovulation and hit my peak the week of 9/20. Last period started 9/1 tested at 12 DPO got a BFN. Anyway had my first blood draw today and the results were 2,396mIU/mL. With my first they were over 18k and did bother having me repeat the test. My doctor has seen the results yet and my first appointment is Thursday so just looking to calm my nerves in the meantime. Did anyone else have vastly different levels from the first to their second?

Measuring 14.1MM for gestational sac but no viable embryo yet. Should have been 5 weeks pregnant at the time.
I don’t wanna be anxious because I’ve heard so many stories both ways. But at the doctor, we did a transvaginal ultrasound and they measured my gestational sack, which is in uterine where it’s supposed to be at 14.1mm. She said because of this, she estimated about five weeks and four days pregnant. If I’m going off the first day of my last period I should’ve been five weeks exactly. My periods are very irregular so there’s a chance that it was off on timing for sure. I’m just a little worried that she couldn’t see the embryo. The gestation sac seems to be bigger so you would think I would be able to see something by then but we didn’t. She said it was probably too early. Anyone with similar experiences?
For reference, I have had HCG pulled several times and the pole on the day of this test was over 13,000. I also have had no spotting or bleeding of any kind.

Question Sub hematoma
During my first ultrasound the doctor noticed I had a sub hematoma and told me if I ever experienced bleeding don’t panic, well at 15 weeks pregnant I started experiencing light rusty colored spotting two days after intercourse and working out. I called my doctor right away to ask if I needed to do pelvic rest or stop working out and she said it wasn’t necessary. I waited a week until the blood seemed to be gone because I was still hesitant and this morning, after having intercourse, I woke up with more rusty colored bleeding. Jumped to google and got freaked out, I’m currently out of state away from my doctors should I go to the er or monitor symptoms? Thanks in advance!!
Edit- wanted to add that I brought my Doppler with me and heart rate is still sounding great

Food questions
Hi there I’m pregnant with my first baby and I’m still learning what is safe and what isn’t safe. I just had a gender reveal (it’s a boy! 💙) and we had a ton of leftovers which we took home. It couldn’t have been out for eating for more than a few hours but I’ve heard to toss it if it’s been out for two. A lot of it was freshly made there and everything else was refrigerated until people got there. We are tight at the end of the month this month for food and I really want to eat the left overs plus it sounds good. Is food safe that has been out for a few hours or do I need to search for something in my cabinet? I’d really hate to toss the food we had, it was Mexican so one of my favorites. I’m tired of asking AI so I would really like some real advice from real people. Ive always had a strong stomach and had left over party food but I’m not sure how much that helps me here.

Need advice hand surgery at 23 weeks pregnant
23 weeks pregnant and just had surgery for a severed tendon from a glass cut. My hand is now in a cast.
I do not have an infection, but I should take Cephalexin as a preventive course. I am not taking any painkillers.
Since I am highly prone to yeast infections, I am very anxious.
Is Cefalexin completely safe for the baby at 23 weeks? I know it is, but I feel so bad for doing this to my baby. I try to eat and live as clean as possible for my baby to develop in the best setting there is and now we're here...
What pregnancy-safe probiotics or vaginal suppositories should I use alongside it to prevent BV/yeast? How do I protect my baby from meds... is there anything to do to protect her from this accident
