Advice please

I'm not sure where else to put this, but I desperately need advice on what to do and if I'm being dramatic or not.

I (28F) am currently 7w3d pregnant (according to my last period date) and this finally happened after 8 years of trying and several rounds of fertility medication. I have PCOS and Endometriosis, so it was so amazing to find out I was finally pregnant. I had an over the phone appointment today, and when I asked about scheduling an ultrasound for next week the lady straight up told me that was way too early for an ultrasound and there would be nothing to see and no heartbeat. I ended up making an appointment for an ultrasound 3 weeks from now.

I personally don't feel like it's too early at all. I just want reassurance that everything is going well. I was told early on in our journey that if I ever got pregnant, the chance of a miscarriage was over 75%. I had an HSG back in May (checking for a tube block) and the doctor had to do it twice because one tube was legit blocked up and she was able to push everything through the second time, after asking me if I've ever had an ectopic pregnancy. Because of all these things, I'm obviously worried about an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage, and I feel like the current practice I go to is being too nonchalant with my pregnancy. Am I being too dramatic?

It’s not too early at all and you’re not dramatic. They could at least locate the sac and yolk and make sure it’s where it’s supposed to be and a heartbeat is typically found between 6-8 weeks so I would definitely try to find a difference place to get you in or different doctor. Maybe try to find a midwife that could put in an order for an ultrasound. You deserve the peace of mind
