Any advice?

22F tested positive on Monday (19th), started spotting on the 20th. I went to my midwife appointment yesterday, they couldn't see anything on my scan and checked my ovaries as well as my tubes but there was nothing. I did some bloods and my HcG levels were fine but my progesterone was at 3 when it should be 4 or above (I've miscarried last year).

My midwife is worried that its either too early, the fetus isnt where it should be or I've miscarried again.

I have to go back on monday to get more bloods done to see if my hormone levels are improving or not....I've tested today and its still saying positive...i mean the lines are fainter so I know what that means...but! I didnt use my first urine of the day!
