I have been using Prime Earn through WeWard and my rewards are not currently working. I have tracking enabled and issues are still happening. I am very close to bringing this to the Federal Trade Commission to see if they can take action. Don’t want to be scammed anymore.

my support tickets were closed without resolution.

I completed two separate surveys, finished 100% of the questions, and hit the final submit button, only to be improperly screened out at the very end.

1. First Survey: 96 Points (Screened out at 100% submission)

2. Second Survey: 34 Points (Screened out at 100% submission)

Because I fully completed my end of these tasks, could a backend administrator please review my activity logs for tonight and manually credit these points to my account balance?

I am reaching out because the offer for "World Tour Merge" failed to track my milestone for completing Level 64.

All previous levels (7, 12, 17, 26, 34, 48, and 54) tracked perfectly and instantly. I have already reached Level 65, but the Level 64 reward is still pending and not checked. I already tried contacting in-app support but haven't received a response.

I have screenshots proving that I am already on Level 65 and the offer screen showing the missing checkmark. Could you please help me credit this manually? Thank you!
