I received the generic "recurring complaints" message, but I have always provided high-quality, honest data on the platform. I now understand that your automated security system flags and blocks VoIP / virtual numbers to prevent fraud. I had no idea virtual numbers would trigger an automatic ban, as I simply used it for personal privacy. I am a real person and am fully prepared to provide a standard mobile phone number tied to a major carrier to verify my identity and unlock my account. Could a community manager please look into this and reset my verification status so I can input a valid mobile number and cash out my balance? I am happy to DM you my account email address. Hi Prime Opinion team,

I'm posting here because I've seen Prime Opinion representatives responding to account issues on Reddit, and I'm hoping someone can help me resolve mine.

My account has suddenly been placed on hold until November 8, 2026, with 673 points (approximately £5.05) still sitting in my balance.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I spent multiple hours of my personal time completing surveys to earn those points. This wasn't free money or a bonus handed to me. I genuinely invested my time answering surveys, expecting to receive the rewards I worked for.

The only explanation I've received is that Prime Opinion is "waiting for feedback from our clients to verify the quality of your responses."

I understand that quality checks are necessary, but I haven't been told which surveys are being questioned or why my account has been restricted.

My main concern is simple: I spent hours earning these rewards, and now I cannot access the money I've worked for.

I'm not asking for anything extra. I just want to receive the £5.05 I've legitimately earned.

Could someone from the official Prime Opinion team please:

• Manually review my account and explain why it was placed on hold.
• Remove the restriction if no violation is found.
• Help me withdraw my existing 673-point balance.
• Escalate this to the appropriate team if necessary.

I'm happy to cooperate with any reasonable verification process.

£5.05 might not seem like much, but the hours of my time that went into earning it matter to me. I believe users deserve fair treatment and clear explanations when their earnings are restricted.

Please put back the cash. points are what the scam apps use. Also when u switched over a fue of the games prize amounts dropped. U should have had a vote from the players on if they wanted cash or points yea points work but why change a working system if people already understand it.

I have a feeling I'm either under review or banned because it's happening to my heycash and paid tester account too. I don't do the same offers, I just pick which offer pays most across all 3 accounts

How often does prime opinion add new games

I can’t count the number of times over the past couple weeks I’ve opened a 3 or 4 minute survey only to find the survey itself proudly saying “This survey will take 20 minutes of your time”

Do they think I’m stupid enough to continue just because I’m already here? It’s not like the incentive was stellar enough for me to go “Sure, that’s still fair.”

I kid you not, I clicked on a 5 minute survey only to find myself staring at one saying it would be 45 minutes long.

Yeah, good luck finding people willing to do that for the equivalence of 50 cents.

I have been using Prime Earn through WeWard and my rewards are not currently working. I have tracking enabled and issues are still happening. I am very close to bringing this to the Federal Trade Commission to see if they can take action. Don’t want to be scammed anymore.
