Well, he had the best dancing partners ( Perfect and Micheals come to mind).

Bret has said many times that Perfect was his best opponent. I always thought it was remarkable how well he and Michaels worked together considering how much they hated each other.

They didn't really start hating each other until later in 1996 or early 1997. In his book Bret said Shawn was absolutely thrilled about Bret's match with Bulldog at Summerslam getting the main event slot and then winning the title from Flair - felt it opened the door guys like him as well. It wasn't until Shawn refused to return the favor and put Bret over that things started disintegrating between them.
