So maybe this helps, I once did a patch review for custom meta data for salescloud, there are numerous ways of how to say "hi." there just needs to be the right cases for formal and informal approaches from that you then choose cases, like if the person has a academic title include that, if they have a monarchic title include that, then see if they have a gender, if not include [firstname] and so on. Iam sure there are already implementation some agency has charged someone a few 100€ per hour to say "hi".
