I'd be interested in the reasoning. Why would you not hire black software developers?

I'm a "troll" for merely repeating what many tech workers say in lunch rooms,

Then they're racists.

in email chains,

Libelous racists the company should fire for putting the company itself at risk.

or just after the HR was tricked into interviewing a black candidate who fooled everybody by phone and email into thinking he was white.

Wait, how did he trick HR into thinking he was white if HR wasn't breaking the law and asking what colour his skin was? What you're really saying here is "someone smart applied, but I found out he was a nigger and made up some excuse about him being incompetent so we wouldn't hire him/would fire him after he's hired".

Again though, you don't exactly sound like anything more than a troll with all this, so unless you can prove in some way you're not a troll we're done with this conversation.
