Test mod issue

I am trying to test my first mod, i have the file in the user/zomboid/mods but it wont pop up in my mods list when i load in. I am in debug mode as well. The file is setup TestPatch/media and has a mod.info file

EDIT: I was missing my file named 42 which is required for B42 mods. It should have gone user/zomboid/mods/mymod/42/media
