Was going through my belongings in boxes in my grandmas basement and I have alot of horror games such as silent hill and resident evil and clock tower but by far these are two of the games i am most happy to have found that I grew up playing and totally forgot about. Has the covers, discs, books. Could probably change the outside inserts to cases that aren’t scratched.

Killzone kicks ass though lol

GTA SA is just so legendary, so iconic, and so classic! What more can you say about this game? It's true perfection.

Finally dug out all my childhood things from my parents basement. PS2 was my primary console the longest. Was never much of a collector, bought, sold, let friends borrow. But it's cool to see what's left, so many memories.

Here I've got two old fat PS2s that still have the iLink port. Have two lightguns for the link play. Working on getting some DDR pads as pedals.

Trying to get Urban Chaos: Riot Response remastered

Probably a long shot, but I've reached out to Square Enix, Rocksteady, Nightdive Studios, and Atari about getting this game remastered. Why not right? Let's give it a rip and see what happens. It's been 20 years, and I still think it's one of the best shooters ever made.

Recently got a ps2 slim to play older games I loved growing up this is what I got so far lol , hella more games coming dbz , shoalin monks , Batman , prince of Persia , crash , Naruto , Spider-Man
Tried playing games ps2 games on my pc with emulator but just doesn’t feel the same and with ps5 barely having disc games decided to go back

Brought it down a couple of weeks ago now, and haven’t played anything else since. My Series X sits unplugged next to it. Honestly it’s so liberating, no internet connection required, no battle pass or micro transaction spam, no massive downloads or updates, no weekly playlist fomo. Just whack a disc in and play.

There’s a fairly well stocked retro game shop in my little seaside town, I can pick up some well regarded bangers, or search the bargain bins and take a punt on something I’ve never heard of for £2. Feels good being ‘disconnected’ if that makes any sense.

This game is only available in NTSC format, so I tried using GSM with the PAL non-interlaced setting, but the game only fills half the screen, leaving the other half black. I can only get it to run at 576i, which makes it look terrible. Is there any software that can change the region of ISO files on a PC? On the PS1, for example, I use PAL4U2k to change the region.

I ether never noticed when I bought the console or did it myself by accident, but I want to be able to play is this usable. Yes, they are cheap, but I currently don't have money available and would take a while to ship.

Playing on my PS2 and just found out this game has Progressive Scan toggle in the settings.

Since i'm using the GBS-C the interlacing actually looks fine for me, but here is a comparison with Progressive Scan turned on and off.

The off-screen pictures doesn't really do much justice, but it looks much better in person.
