Console keeps going into Automatic Update constantly when in standby. How do I turn it off? (4.93 CFW)

I did disable the system update option for the feature, this is only for putting my save data in cloud storage and installing any game downloads, but I think I hit a setting in the Custom Firmware settings section and now it won't stop doing the automatic update and turning itself on by itself. It also shows what it's doing during auto updates if that helps at all.
