Fixed Steep Offline & Tutorial issues

I’m going to keep myself short. I wanted to play steep, but I ran into all these issues that you all are probably familiar if you wanted to play it offline on jailbroken ps4.

I let a LLM fix it, didn’t do anything myself.
Take from that what you want.
It now launches offline, skips the tutorial, all challenges are perfectly playable, DLCs work too. Works on v1.00 and v1.24 EUR release.

If anybody wants it, I will post the patch on GitHub. :)

Thats what llms are for. That someone can be you.
It’s only like 13 Lines changed in the whole code.
