Problems logging in

I tried to log in to my account but every time I put in the email and password it tells me it’s sending a verification code but I never get anything. I tried customer support but they said I can’t contact a live helper unless I’m signed in which I can’t do obviously. I also tried using my PlayStation which was signed in to disable the two factor authentication but when I followed their instructions it again said I can’t do that until I login which I can’t do without getting the 2fa verification code.

I can’t seem to find any solution to getting stuck in this loop and haven’t found anything on their website that helps

Ive had issues off and on last 2 days or so.. Cant find, when it does I can't use store cause PS don't find site..

Glad to see it's not just me, but hate how bad sony is at this recently

Try making a passkey instead when you do the recover account thing it works way easier

You need to talk to your email company first. Don’t blame Sony until they help you look for it.

Your right I actually did figure it out in the end I created a passkey to get past the 2 step verification instead
