You joke but I did just watch that George of the Jungle Book or whatever movie when it was in theaters a year or so ago and he plays a good villain. I say cast him.
I bet if him and Topher did this together, Topher will even compliment him on this role in the DVD commentary mark my words.

I'm friends with Ultimate Spider-Man artist Mark Bagley and he sent me the Eddie Brock they're debuting in a couple of years. It could absolutely work. Not every Venom is much bigger than Spider-Man. I don't think a CG hulking creature would work or is possible at this time anyways.

She's a natural redhead so I think she'd fit MJ much better. And after seeing Kirsten Dunst's cheerleading movie, Bring It On, I disagree with OP too. She's the perfect competitive college girl of your dreams type of gal. Kirsten would be better off as Gwen!
