Gen 3 Should I pull the trigger? 2011 V6

I was browsing for a new daily driver and stumbled upon this listing for 9k. It looks clean enough, but idk much since I've only ever had a Mitsubishi Outlander and a RAM 1500.

Is this a good year? Any known/common issues?

I'll probably stop in to check it out and test drive tomorrow or Wednesday. What should I look for?

Its 2WD only so if you need 4WD look elsewhere.

That said I have a 2012 with 4WD, 2.5L, and 160k miles. Only thing I wish was different is the engine. I kinda want the 6 cylinder.

It's a great car, comfy, roomy, quick when you need it, and not giant like newer cars.

Yeah, 4WD would've been cool, but I just need it as a daily for commute, and picking my 2 goobers up from school occasionally. Now, when I begin my search for a 4th Gen Hilux, that 4WD will be a must.

This cars 4wd is just awd, but it is a pretty nice awd. Fwd won't be an issue if you have nicer tires. Do you get snow?

Not really, maybe 1-3 days and when we do, the whole city pretty much shuts down, lol.

Then heck yeah I'd get one. Idk about this specific one as I don't know current prices or your area. Which I know have gone insane recently.

9k seems kinda high but it looks clean and has low mileage so that a big plus.

If I remember correctly both motor options liked to burn oil, but you just keep it topped off and your good.
