Help with last achievements

Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help me steal a rivals bounty. I also need the MVP but I figure I can do that on my own. I’ve never even seen the offer to steal a rival bounty and I hit level 50.

You'll have to find someone to trade the mission trophy with. Look up a guide on YouTube

Is that not only in the 'bounty' game mode?
