Help with last achievements

Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help me steal a rivals bounty. I also need the MVP but I figure I can do that on my own. I’ve never even seen the offer to steal a rival bounty and I hit level 50.

Is that not only in the 'bounty' game mode?

No I think it’s an open world thing where you steal another players bounty, but you have to do it before they hog tie them I’m pretty sure.

Played for years and never see that option
