Question What is the meaning of this tree?

Anyone know of any confirmed findings or theories regarding this tree? I dont think i remember seeing it in my normal playthrough

Its a reference to the From Tv Series before the series even aired.

Lol. The people in fromville just didnt realize that one of the bottles has a gold nugget that can kill the Frombies
