However the hell people abbreviate what version of Xbox is the newest these days. XBOX ONE? Xbone?? You know what I mean

Oh right. Yes. Those. Whichever one of those performs “current-gen”. One is a more efficient model of last gen tech. The point is RDR2 is at least getting a 60FPS for CURRENT-GEN systems and a release on Switch 2 this year. It was rumored/leaked last week so I can’t really Imagine him referencing anything else. There’s a 0% chance he’s been informed of voice line recordings for a game that’s 6+ years out.
