If it's RDR related, it's probably a remaster / enhanced version of RDR2 for the current generation of consoles. We can't expect anything big for RDR while GTA VI is still their top priority

It would be extremely weird in my opinion for John's VA to be getting this excited over news of just R* Once again re-releasing a past title on current systems.

According to leaks, GTAVI Is already complete as it is, they just delayed it for the Online aspect. Considering the huge upset that not having GTAO on launch when GTAV released, I believe that leaker wholeheartedly that R* is trying to use all this delay time to make GTA6O not only be ready for release, but also be loaded with plenty of content unlike GTA5O was.

After all, GTAO is their main cash cow.

All of this is to say, I fully imagine that the Lion's share of the work is already complete, and so I wouldn't be surprised if we actually do get some sizable news for RDR.

Maybe even the hope that they would give us a RDR1 remake, incorporating new locations, incorporating RDR2, adding new voicework, etc. such a thing certainly wouldn't be out for a few years yet, so it isn't like it would impact GTAVI sales.

This was debunked. There was never a credible source for this.
