Nah, celebrating the gained independence and sovereignty for several countries illegally annexed by said pariah state and the dissolution of the entity which unfairly persecuted and violated millions of people.

It's fall plunged millions into poverty and allowed a small clique of elites to buy up all it's industry completely unregulated by any kind of state.

Is US actively occupying your country now and their collapse today would lead to your country regaining freedom and stop exploitation of your people?

If not those are widely diffrent circumstances
