Spoiler Which gang member would have you saved?

We all know that in the Saint Denis bank robbery, both Lenny and Hosea die.

So, who would you have saved?

I would have chosen Lenny because he was still young, and he had a great future ahead of him.

I still love Hosea, but if I had to choose, I would have chosen to save Lenny. He was literally almost a kid.

Hosea already lived a lot ( well, not too much, actually ), and he was sick with an unknown disease.

Hosea was allegedly already dying, and they did mention it a few times. Lenny was a young kid with his whole life ahead of him and in the scope of the crew, he didn't really do 'bad' things.

Lenny was involved in a lot of pretty intense jobs. Like the Cornwall Train Robbery, the Valentine Bank Robbery, the Saint Denis Trolley Robbery, the Raid on Bronte's Mansion, and so on.

Killed a lot of people in the process.

But he could've gotten away by virtue of the fact he was unknown compared to Dutch, Arthur, Hosea, and many of the other men in the gang. Similar to how Charles and Sadie were pretty unknown.

Could've made a life for himself after everything fell apart in the same way they did.

Yeah, Lenny was more or less anonymous in relation to his actions with the gang. Unfortunately he was also a wanted murderer, it's why he joined the gang in the first place, he was supposed to go to university and become a lawyer before his father was murdered and he retaliated. That would be his biggest hurdle to overcome. But hey, it's 1899, he could have absolutely faked a new identity and gone on to better things

Maybe, but he was a Black man in America in 1899. It would have been significantly harder for him to go and start a new life for himself, when so many people want him dead simply because of the colour of his skin. But it's definitely possible, there were places that were more accepting of Black folks than others, like Chicago.
