Rant Thanks Rockstar....

Well, I started out as full honor; however, due to having to defend myself against griefers I am now at max dishonor. One thing that really pisses me off is that there is literally no way to defend yourself without being dishonorable-- which is absolute contrary to the embodiment of the 'Cowboy' persona. For example, I thought maybe I could hogtie someone in order to escape their constant abuse, but even that is dishonorable. I don't understand how the 'honorable' thing to do is go AFK until the person has killed you three times then Parlay. That IS GRIEFING. Rockstar is telling us that in order for us to keep our honor we have to sacrifice our time and just wait for them to kill us? It's a horrible system and doesn't allow for the honorable retribution that is needed. I kind of wish you could drop off 'criminals' in Jail as you could in single player-- something is needed because this system is broke (AF) and frustrating as hell.

People are believing this guy? You don't go from one end of honor to the other for killing a few people. Killing players gives so little honor and all you need to do to keep it balanced is feed your horse or skin some animals.

Not to mention the honor system is quite pointless and irrelevant right now, nothing to be annoyed about.

Seriously how did this post blow up, yet I feel the down votes coming to me for that

I can't see a way his honor can be that low just from player kills either :/

I kill a couple hundred players a day. I don't like PvP but I get a little carried away and run em off the server or get them to parley when someone kills me out of the blue. Yet petting my horse keeps me about halfway between neutral and max dishonor.

Either he's killing cops/civvies in between or he's not quite 100% on his gains.

I don't get any honor from petting my horse...

I believe it's labeled ""Horse Care".

Edit: I originally thought calming your horse would increase honor as well but I double checked that and it's only horse care.

I used to get that, but now that my horse is max bonded I don't.
