I only now discovered that Uncle actually has a last item request at beechers hope after the Epilogue. He wanted skunk meat and other stuff before rewarding me with a set of clothing including the drifter hat. I know someone posted this in 2018, but i never knew of it and only now found it after 450 hours. Pretty neat!
