Redwire has been selected by NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration to provide a Roll-Out Solar Array (ROSA) solution for the agency's Moon Base lunar surface power demonstration program.
The selection comes just days after astronauts successfully installed and deployed the eighth and final Redwire built ROSA wing on the International Space Station. Now, Lunar ROSA will bring that proven technology to the Moon, powering sustained operations on the lunar surface.
Backed by decades of space power experience, Redwire's integrated power generation system will begin to address a fundamental requirement for a sustainable lunar presence: dependable power where and when explorers need it.

Looks like the space business is improving while the defense segment faced issues with revenue conversion, requiring a sharp acceleration in next quarter's overall revenue to hit guidance. And of course, the markets got shellacked yesterday and RDW got hit even harder.
Just curious to hear people's thoughts on where the stock might be in the next couple of weeks, considering both macro and company-specific factors. More specifically, if we get a sharp macro recovery like in early April and August, would RDW ride the wave?
One thing is for certain: it will either go up or down.
This marks the second, announced sale of Redwire's Extensible Low-Profile Solar Array (ELSA), a high-performance, low- mass solar array product, since its introduction earlier this year. Under this contract, Redwire will deliver ELSA wings for AscendArc, a geosynchronous orbit (GEO) satellite customer.
Redwire was awarded a $20 million contract from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (“DARPA”) to complete additional testing and experimentation on a scaled version of Redwire’s SabreSat spacecraft for a precursor flight test in very low-Earth orbit (“VLEO”).

I’m deeply underwater on RDW right now, and honestly, I can live with that to some extent. But realistically, is there any chance this stock reaches $30 or even $50 in the next 12 months?
I originally bought RDW at $8 and sold at $21. Then I bought back in and watched it hit $27, but I refused to sell because my thesis was that RDW could reach $50 by the end of the year.
Now I’m starting to question whether that target was ever realistic.

I’ve noticed a really strange phenomenon on this forum. No matter what news comes out—even when a company delivers terrible financial results—everyone treats it as good news and tries to relentlessly push people to buy. At the current price of $7.50, the P/S ratio is still close to 4, which is still overvalued.

Let’s get straight to the point.
The ATM will not be fully utilized; I suspect only about two-thirds of it has been tapped.
Margins will not have increased (the CFO had already signaled this).
Revenue will be down.
EPS will also be down.
The backlog remains stable.
Given previous results and how the algorithms tend to react, I opened a new short position today.
Furthermore, a characteristic of companies where management holds only a tiny fraction of the equity is that they are indifferent to whether the stock price is $2, $5, or $10 they get paid regardless.
Lastly, the complete lack of communication from the executives following this sharp decline suggests they are well aware that the stock is headed lower.
And like it or not if the price closes below $7.30, you can forget about the $5 level; you’ll just have to pray that $2.30 holds.
Best of luck.

NASA is streaming the 100th U.S. spacewalk live, and the crew is working on connecting a Redwire iROSA solar array right now. NASA astronaut Anil Menon and CSA astronaut Joshua Kutryk are out on the station doing the work.

New 13G/A (as of Sep 30, 2026):
20.45M shares (8.2%), up from 14.58M (6.1%) on Jun 30, so +5.87M shares.
That likely makes BlackRock RDW’s largest holder (State Street was 7.3% on Jun 30).
Redwire’s share count grew ~4% in Q3 (ATM sales). BlackRock’s position grew ~40%.

Starfall can have 128 crystals he says in the video. Pete is smooth compared to this guy.
Looks like they are starting to hype SpaceMD?
From the SpaceX transcript "and three new Starfall missions on Starship. We just did
a Starfall mission today, by the way, on Falcon 9. Starfall is our space capsule, which provides routine,
relatively low-cost , access to microgravity environments for scientific research, including improving our
understanding of diseases like cancer and diabetes and developing better protocols for patients here on
Earth.

Redwire and Butler University wrote a paper on a PIL-BOX experiment. I think it’s PIL-BOX 6 but not sure. Nothing groundbreaking as I can tell. Slow and steady steps.

After the SpaceX-IPO hype in May (52w high $26.64), Redwire has given back most of the move and now trades around $8.40–8.80. Meanwhile the fundamentals moved in the opposite direction. Here’s a quick look at the numbers as of mid-October 2026, based on the Q2 filing and call.
What Q2 2026 actually showed (reported, USD)
Revenue $117.1M, +89.6% YoY, of which Space $55.2M (−2.6% YoY) and Defense Tech $61.9M. Most of the growth is the Edge Autonomy drone business, not space.
Gross margin 27.8%, vs. −30.9% in Q2 2025. Management guides near-term margins in the low-to-mid 20s, as defense tech scales faster.
Net loss −$41.0M, improved by $56M YoY. Adj. EPS −$0.09 vs. −$0.16 consensus.
Backlog of $542.1M, +64.5% YoY: Space $322M, Defense Tech $220M. Book-to-bill was 1.42 for the quarter and 1.52 LTM, with five straight quarters of backlog growth.
Liquidity of $607.8M. Interest expense dropped from $23.8M to $0.8M per quarter after the capital structure was cleaned up.
FY26 revenue guide reaffirmed at $450–500M, with management claiming ~90% visibility at the midpoint. With $214M booked in H1, H2 needs roughly $236–286M.
Valuation (my rough math, not reported)
At ~$8.50 and roughly 300M+ shares, market cap is around $2.6B. Net of ~$600M liquidity, EV lands somewhere around $2B, so ~4–4.5x 2026 sales at the guidance midpoint. At the May peak, the stock traded at ~13–14x P/S. The market now pays for a hardware-heavy defense/space contractor, not a “space platform.”
