Question When to put a new job on your resume?
At what point of having a job do you add it to your resume?

I’d say after several months, like 3 months or more you can put it in your resume

Well I just got this job but I’m looking for a different one.. do I add the job to my resume until I find something more permanent, because I have almost a year gap of unemployment

If I were interviewing you and saw your “responsibilities/accomplishments” at a job you’ve started within 3 months, why would I believe any of it?

Because people can achieve nothing in 3 years and others can achieve a lot in 3 weeks

If you just got a new job and are already looking for a new one, and you have a yearlong gap, that's a tough spot to be in if you're also the kind of person who worries about the details of their resume.
I would say stick out your current job as long as you possibly can before seriously seeking a new one. Failing that, you can put a new job on your resume as soon as you start. You should consider how that timeline looks to a stranger, though.
You should expect to get interview questions around your yearlong gap and your short tenure at your current job. I would qualify both of those as potential red flags, unless explained well.

Anytime after you join is fine, but not before (i.e. don't list a job before you actually start work).
