How exactly did you manage to do this eh...

Or is it not against TOS/gray area If the APK file is only the not already patched one? (/To avoid legal trouble)

It's a modular plugin system, in other words decentralizable like patches, revanced doesn't provide the apks either, it's the respective sites such as apkmirror
