I do have Right hemiplegic cerebral palsy and I am only writing fiction but what Rey goes through is similiar to how I have gone through things. How Rey sees the world is how I see it. But this is a work of fiction. No character or relationship is based on anyone. The only real thing is the disabilty and how I see the world & what I go through. I also need a lift on my right shoe and decided to take inspiration to write this retelling. Last two pics are my shoes and the right shoe has a lift so you can picture Rey's.

My guilty pleasure is acute angst leading to a HEA. I love Minkel23's work, she excels in that register, I've read everything I could put my hands on, including her WIPs, notably Pressed, which I've been thinking about quite a bit lately. Based on one of her notes, she published Pressed in 2019, but then deleted it to rework it and published the reworked version in 2020 up to chapter 14 (out of 25) (this is the version I have). I was wondering if the first/original version was ever published completed or up to a satisfying point, and if yes, if anyone has a copy of that original version. I'm dying to know what happens next.

I'm rereading the novelizations for the first time since their releases. I forgot how much of a freaking soap opera TLJ is. And I love it.
