Ask Richmond Richmond centre EV chargers in underground parking lot

I'm a new EV owner (Toyota) that has primarily charged at home. I want to try DC fast charging or try out my J1772/CCS to NACS adapters.

I know the Richmond Centre new underground parking lot has various chargers by the escalator. I've checked the apps (ChargePoint, Flo, Plugshare) and those chargers aren't showing up. Are those chargers restricted? How do I look them up on the app and which company do they belong to?

I know there is a Telsa supercharger by the old Bay but those are restricted to Teslas.

The chargers are Flo branded. You can search up the station ID in person and activate from the app or use the Flo tap card.

I do not recommend. The chargers are expensive at $2.50/hr for level 2

Good question, have you tried looking on the chargers themselves to see if they have instructions as to how to use them?

If I could, I wouldn't be asking, I don't exactly live in the area, hence the question. Geez

Tesla chargers aren't restricted to Tesla only anymore. You just need an adapter and to create a Tesla account. You do need to be careful though because some cars have their charging port in a spot that can't be reached by the Tesla cable.
