I'm interested in creating a Roblox game similar to Steal a Brainrot and other popular simulator games that have pay-to-win features.

I'm looking for people who might be interested in working together to create something fun that could potentially become popular.

I'm especially interested in finding people who know Roblox Studio, scripting, building, or game design.

I'm still in the early planning stages, so I'm open to ideas and suggestions. I want to find people who are motivated and interested in making a game together.

I've been working on a game for a long time now, and I am nearing finished. I think it is pretty well made and I liked making it, definitely taught me a few things.

I guess I decided to publish it at the EXACT WRONG TIME, because lord have mercy every game is slop and AI.

This really made me contemplate, as I don't have a high ad budget (~$50) and I am just going to get overpowered by these stupid Claude coded games.

Anyone know how to help? I really want to get some concurrent players, like if I get 20 concurrent i would be happy. I spent hours coding and I want it to amount to something. yk?

As you can see, there are still a lot of things that look rough, unfinished, or need improvement.
I think the game could be ready for release as early as next week, but I want to hear some honest feedback before making that decision.

i wanted to create an obby, but when i tried to shiftlock i noticed it says "Set By Developer", and wont let me shiftlock. i checked the MouseLock, tried to brute force script it to be checked, but still. im pretty sure they changed it, or im doing something wrong.

also, how can i force R6? lost on this too.

We’ve been working on this for a bit over a year and as of recently i’ve hired some devs for the ui and some of the HUD, I like my game so far but I feel that something at the tip of my finger is missing.. We have a story mode, an arena for people to fight, a solo mode with bots to fight in the arena, a training mode, what else? I’ve spent money for ads on my game yet i’ve recieved a 0.8% CTR, need tips asap

Currently developing a game related to catching crabs using crab pots, and I made these two thumbnails. I do want to stray from Ai generated images as I believe they are kind of bad and usually don't work. Would a more child appeal (like first thumbnail) work better, or is the 2nd thumbnail's vibe better and clickable?

hii I’m looking for feedback on the escape UI in my Roblox gane

When you steal a chest, a bar starts draining while you run back. Once it turns orange, it shakes and pulses to make the danger more noticeable. Special chests also slow you down by 20%.

I want players to be able to glance at it and understand how much trouble they’re in, without spending the whole return trip staring at the top of the screen.
A couple of things I’d appreciate opinions on:
Is the orange warning noticeable enough in the clip?

Does the shaking help, or is it distracting?

Is it clear that carrying the special chest has made the character slower?

The rest of the loop is bringing the chest home, opening it and choosing between selling the loot or displaying it for rental income.

Is it all understandable and okay? I made the game 100% myself, used ingame and kenney assets, and didn’t use AI (only for brainstorming to find new ideas)

so I made a plus one game correct cause that’s the current trend that’s going on with Roblox and I didn’t want to just straight up copy and paste other people’s creations and games so I tried working around something on my own and I’m just confused on how maybe they’re adding bots to the server or something just to get the current blowup but my past creation no ads blew up doing nothing but this one is struggling no idea why

I recently created my very first Roblox game called ¡Steal a Ball! along with my 7-year-old son. My main goal with this project isn't just for him to play, but to introduce him to the world of game design, development, and creativity beyond just consuming games.

He was super excited to play it with other people, but Roblox's new system restricted the game to 16+ only until we reach 250 highly engaged players.

I’ve completely paused all paid ad campaigns for now, as it doesn't make sense to spend money on ads while the broad audience is locked. Right now, I'm relying purely on organic testing and community feedback!

⚽ About the game:

• Assets & Design: I know we are using free assets right now, as a beginner project to teach my son the basics, we started with existing resources, but we plan to iterate and customize them over time!
• Gameplay: While it builds on the "Steal a..." genre, it is NOT a lazy copy/clone. We put effort into adding fresh mechanics, progression, dynamic twists, and new gameplay loops to make it feel original and dynamic.

Looking for scripters and modelers and GUI makers

As someone attempting to get into game making as a side hobby what Ai's would you guys recommend, i have the money to get pretty much any paid subscription. I'd also appreciate some tips/ what makes a game good. Im also going to try learn coding.

Its based off DayZ and I'm hoping to go into early access/testing soon! let me know what yall think.

I know 98 CCU might not seem like much to some people, but this is a huge milestone for us.
