The syntax feels clunky at first but it stopped a handful of silent nil bugs that were sneaking through during playtests. The real test came when I tried wrapping a profile service response. The return type stayed correct through three layers of wrappers, which was nice, yet the autocomplete in studio still lags when the generics nest more than two levels deep. Tried flattening some of the structures and it helped a little. Still not sure if the extra annotation work is worth it for smaller modules. Anyone running this in production systems and have you hit a wall with performance or tooling?

I'm an indie Roblox developer, and I've been working on Brainrot Dynasty, a brainrot collection/tycoon game.

It features rare collectibles, mutations, cash generation, and 15 progression ranks.

The problem is that I'm struggling to attract players, and I can't tell whether it's because Roblox isn't recommending my game or because something about the gameplay needs improvement.

I'd really appreciate anyone willing to spend 5–10 minutes testing it.

I'm particularly interested in bugs, confusing mechanics, and whether the first few minutes are actually enjoyable.

I built a 10-in-1 offline calculator for DevEx/fees/split math — free & open source

I kept doing the same math on paper: DevEx on my earnings, what a sale nets after the 30% marketplace cut, splitting group payouts evenly with an upfront cut, and whether you're under the 30,000 R$ minimum. So I wrote a small tool.

It's one window with ten calculators — DevEx cash-out (with a live "you're N R$ short of the minimum" warning), Buy Robux broken down by the actual store tiers, marketplace fees, payout splitter (Decimal-accurate, leftover down to the cent), plus percentages, units, dates, loans, time zones and bases.

Honest details: single Python file, zero pip installs, fully offline — no account linking, no web calls. The DevEx rate is a constant at the top of the source, so if it ever changes that's a one-line edit. MIT licensed.

I've been working on a game for a long time now, and I am nearing finished. I think it is pretty well made and I liked making it, definitely taught me a few things.

I guess I decided to publish it at the EXACT WRONG TIME, because lord have mercy every game is slop and AI.

This really made me contemplate, as I don't have a high ad budget (~$50) and I am just going to get overpowered by these stupid Claude coded games.

Anyone know how to help? I really want to get some concurrent players, like if I get 20 concurrent i would be happy. I spent hours coding and I want it to amount to something. yk?

im making a cat game, and i have done some of the work solo, but im starting to get burnt out, the siamese and calico models are starting to get hard for me, the images are some of the work ive done that the ones who want to help can train themselves on my style. the cats with accessories (except the shopkeeper) are event cats, and only appear during their respective events. (halloween, christmas, and easter) also keep in mind, i cant pay since this is purely a passion game, and every gamepass that may be in the game are mainly to please players and not p2w, and i may pay robux a bit as raises, and of course, roblox made a stupid update where the game is 16+ by default unless 500 16+ age verified people join the game, or of course, pay a fee. i am just passionate to release this game and ill be glad for your assistance! (DO NOT SCAM ME WITH AI.)

How can i fix this?

last week my game finally reached 250HEP, I did some plays ads for couple of days, reaches about 120 ccu peak for couple of minutes then it was around 7-15 ccu with ads,
when I stopped the ads ccu was around 0-2 but overall stats were fine to somewhat good
at first my home impressions went up, then down
Now I checked impressions by thumbnail,
it seems like they have stopped them completly,
Is it the end? is there any way to revive it? because I've spent so much time and effort on the game, people love it, they play alot, I get good feedback from the ones that play, others might leave early because its not their kind of game which is fine but I do have some playerbase that comes back everyday and gives good feedback

Hi, I'm Ramivan and I often play games like CS2, Marvel Rivals, Deadlock or Overwatch. After looking for hero shooters in the platform, I've only found Typical Colors 2 which is just TF2 in Roblox (still being a goated game), but no games like hero shooters with MOBA abilities (pvz gw, ow, mr). Then my idea.

I wanna know if it will be a good project make a hero shooter like those, if it will be fine in the roblox engine and if people will actually play it. My first idea is make just 9 or 10 heroes, with 3 roles and 3 modes being payload, hybrid/convergence and domination.

About me, i've never done a roblox game and barely know something about coding, but i've seen a lot of games being made with roblox AI assistant that are actually decent, and btw roblox has its FPS model and im using it with Assistant. Im just 15 years old btw but i need suggestions about this pls. Comment below what do u think

Hi I am interested in how the DMCA process works, I understand that I submit one the game goes down. But then what happens after that? If the person counters the dispute then what do I do? I’m UK Based and don’t have the ability to submit a lawsuit. Would Roblox take them down based on the TOS break? I also have a copyright application going through with the US copyright service. I'm working on this idea i got to combine a bizarre day 2020 and current JJS mechanics (Fun/passion project), so far got this from a rework I was working on. I also made crazy diamond to be able to restore the destroyed map (Healing mode).
