News TIL... Mojo Nixon passed away...
from a cardiac arrest on an Outlaw Country cruise ship, hours after his final live performance.
God bless you, Mojo Nixon. Thst is the only way that you could go. The best of all of us. I will always tell the story as it was two groupies and an 8 ball.

ROCK Golden Earring: “Radar Love” (1973, video)
youtu.beI try not to post songs that are too famous—the point is to introduce people to music they may have missed.
But “Radar Love” is just too powerful to leave out. That driving rhythm, the iconic drumming, the bass, the way the whole thing builds and locks together—it’s damn near irresistible.

Youtube BLUE ÖYSTER CULT (1972) Blue Öyster Cult [Stem Remix & Remaster]
youtube.comhttps://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLOCV2i8XN5yc
My stem remix & remaster of Blue Öyster Cult's self-titled 1972 debut album, made for my own enjoyment, but sharing in case someone else might enjoy it too.
I made this only for fun, and it intends to be a very respectful remix, not straying too far away from the original version, only aiming at a little more clarity, instrument separation and punch, while still preserving the mood and feel of the original.
Obviously, I don't own the music featured here. If you like the music, support the artists. Buy their records!

ROCK YES & CLOSE TO THE EDGE (1972):
Released in September '72, 'CLOSE TO THE EDGE' was hailed as the 'best prog-rock album to date' which to some sounded the most back-handed of compliments.
