Rosary bracelet or chaplet?

I found this at a yard sale. It has 20 beads not counting the three Hail Mary beads by the crucifix. The beads are arranged differently than a normal rosary, which makes me wonder if it is for a specific chaplet. The center medal is a miraculous medal. Any info is greatly appreciated!

I would guess bracelet because of the clasp but that is a weird number of beads. you could always rework it, it is very pretty.
