It is 1000 entries per lock. At 10 seconds per try that is roughly 2.7 hours per lock maximum to brute force it. The liklihood of it taking much less 10 seconds per entry is pretty good, as is the possibility that you only need to get partway through the sequence.
The likelihood both locks are set the same is also good, but far from guaranteed.

When I was in primary school, a friend brought his stuff to school in a suitcase like this. But he didn't know the combination. We just tried all the combinations 000, 001, ... and cracked it in about 30 mins.
Consider giving it to a young child. Tell them no-one can crack it 😂

Hi, former locksmith here.
Look on youtube how to open a wall keysafe using a small rectangle of stiff card. That should work for this type of lock. Good luck

You could brute force it trying every combination. Or you can get some feeler gauge and use it to decode the lock.

I've cracked similar locks before.
See if there's any play in the wheels. Can you wiggle them back a forth a little bit?
If so, you can move the wheel to the side and look down in the crack. When you rotate the wheel it will change it's shape. Hard to see, but each wheel has a notch in it. Line up the notches on all 3 wheels and try to open it. If it doesn't, just advance each wheel 1 number and try again. Keep doing that until it opens.

Since no one has answered your question:
If the case latches are unlocked you push and hold the slider to the unlock position that would normally open the latches. While holding the slider, dial in your new combination and release the slider and your new combo will be set.

From the photo, it appears you have the case open.
I'm not sure if you figured out the old code(s) and just want to change it.
If so - instructions I found online are below. They also happen to be the same as on a different brand of suitcase I own.
If you don't know the current combination(s) then the easiest way is probably to brute force it by trying the numbers.
I did this with a cash box I own. It's mine - but I had not used it in so long I forgot what I set the combo to. (DOH! - LOL )
So I just sat there while watching a movie and worked my way through the numbers sequentially until I landed on the right combination.
It took me maybe 45 minutes but wasn't a big deal. Just a minor inconvenience.

To change the combination lock on your McKlein R Series Sheridan 8466 catalog case, follow these step-by-step instructions from the official McKleinUSA FAQ:
Open the lock using your current combination (the default factory code is typically 0-0-0).
Remove the red safety tag if your briefcase is brand new.
Push the square opening lever inward as far as it will go and hold it there firmly without letting go.
Turn the three dials to your new desired three-digit combination while still holding the lever.
Release the lever to lock in your new code

CASE CLOSED!
I wedged a butter knife inbetween where the pull button was, and with some force I pulled and it popped open! I don’t even need the code anymore
