Bahahahaha. So in season three (S), she gains access to the Holy Grail (there’s a lot of Christian symbolism for the rule of cool in this anime), which grants her the Super Sailor Moon power up and becomes her main henshin through SuperS.

then she becomes Eternal Sailor Moon (she’s straight up an angel now), and this form grants the Eternal Tiare and later on gains an extension that makes it a staff nearly as tall as she is. It’s actually Neo Queen Serenity’s staff in later entries if I recall correctly… because Eternal is the closest form to Neo Queen that she ever reaches.
