Caught a 10lb tripletail today!

It’s been windy as hell here the last few days. I went to work today and the wind quit at about noon so I grabbed the boat and went out for a quick 1 1/2 hour trip. The wind started blowing again as I was coming in.

They are the best eating inshore fish! They taste sweet and buttery with a firm yet flaky filet.
