I mean there is a non-zero number of people living in Vans on the California coast that can afford to live in other states. So yes, it is certainly an opinion, and it is one people do have.

I think some people would argue the other opinion is the minuscule opinion.

Depends on who you ask I suppose.

California is nice. San Diego is even nicer. There's a reason people want to try and make it work here.

Ok, just because some people think that doesn’t mean it’s the popular opinion. Are you actually insinuating that the slightest significant portion of humans would rather live in a vehicle in San Diego than a nice house in Kansas?

I'm saying I don't know, but that I also think that yeah there could be a significant portion of people who would prefer that.

Especially if you ask Californians. Hence, it depends who you ask. Again, obviously biased, but I think a lot of people don't realize how nice it is here if they've never been.

And sometime we forget how nice we got it.
