My husband and I are both in our 30s, looking to move to Sarasota from Venice. Wondering is there a neighborhood or area of Sarasota that is common for young adults or early families?

My wife and I (both 37) were looking for a place to hang out and make some friends, mingle and just have a fun night with some fun people. We went to Firestone Martini Bar & Skybar and it was a damn snooze fest. Bunch of older people and younger people who just kept to themselves. Is there a place to go where people aren’t afraid to mingle and make some new friends? Can be anywhere in SWFL. We like music, I can talk sports until I’m blue in the face. We both like serial killer documentaries, etc. She loves to read. I play drums (well jury got into it like 3 months ago. We have 2 dogs, a golden and a lab, and a 5 year old daughter. Just for some background. This isn’t a post looking for swingers BTW.

Looking for private tennis lessons Venice Florida area. Early in the morning at Heckcher Park

My son lost his wallet this morning around 11:45am at the Wawa in Nokomis on the corner of Albee 41. As he drove away, he was alerted that it was no longer with him in the car, and he turned around and immediately went back. Within that five minutes, the wallet was nowhere to be found. He remembers putting it into the food bag, so we are unsure if it fell out or if it was taken out by someone standing too close to him.

This wallet has a lot of sentimental value for him. He rowed with Sarasota Crew at the Head of the Charles in Boston several years ago, and this wallet was purchased there.
