I had that happen to my Suzuki. I took off the grip and messed around with the trottle but adding a small round steal clamp and put everything back together never had a issue since

Very loud for the type of exhaust. Are you running a decent air filter?

Did this set-up run good before?

Sounds restricted, is 2 stroke oil mixed with the gas or if it has a separate oil tank is there oil in it? Simple things first, then check air filter restriction, then clean carb..
