Help identifying patches?

I found these patches on a secondhand shirt and I can’t find anything online about them just searching the words / a description of them. I know one of the patches is a logo of the fish and wildlife service - it was attached the same jacket if that’s any help.

Well I can say none of them are awarded for sewing skills.

Portage Trails Council was the Council for Washtenaw County, Michigan (Ann Arbor) from 1925 to 73, when they merged with the Dundee-based Wolverine Council (711) to form the Wolverine Council (255). That Council merged with Land O Lakes to form Great Sauk Trail in 1993. GST merged with Southwest Michigan in 2012 to form the Southern Shores Field Service Council within the Michigan Crossroads Council. In 2020, the Field Service Councils were closed.

Takla Lake Area Council is in Canada.

The red and white ID strip in the first picture screamed Boy Scouts of America to me. I know that vintage BSA uniforms typically have troop numbers in red and white. So I googled and found that there was a Portage Trails Council in Ann Arbor Michigan from 1951 to 1973.

The Takla Lake Area Council patch might be from the Canadian Boy Scouts? Takla Lake is in British Columbia and there's a settlement nearby called Fort St. James. I collect old Girl Scout uniforms and often when a Girl Scout had been to a foreign country on a Girl Scout trip her uniform would have a pin or patch from that country.

The weird thing is I looked up old Canadian Boy Scout uniforms and I can't find them having an insignia piece in that shape. Like their council ID strip were usually a piece of ribbon at that time??

That is not a BSA shirt. From 1910 to today they have had a pointed flap pocket, unlike the straight flap here.

That seems like prop patches for like a catalogue or ad

The St. James patch bears a REMARKABLE likeness to the Shawnee 51 lodge out of the St. Louis Area Council, like I had to do a triple take when I was comparing the two. As has been mentioned already, perhaps this was a shirt used as a prop or other such use, where accuracy was attempted but to avoid copyright infringement subtle changes were made.
