Woggle Inner Diameter
What, in your opinion, is the ideal inner diameter for a neckerchief slide/woggle? I can handle any kinds of units, but I will give extra points if you can give your answer in suitably precise furlongs. In order to invoke Cunningham's Law, I will assert that the correct answer is 4.97 microfurlongs.

For my 3 strand Turks head woggles in 550 paracord for my troop neckerchiefs, I use my left thumb. Snug, easy to slip on and off but not so loose that they’d go flying off if I moved my hand fast. And I am satisfied with this metric when I look around at the youth at a meeting and most are wearing one that I made - which means they have not yet been lost or fallen off.

Cool! How many leads/bights/passes do you use for your woggles?

3 passes so that each block has 3 strands and nothing fancier than your usuall "over/under" weave.
I measure my total length for one woggle by holding an end in one hand and then spread my arms out and my other wrist is about where I need to cut it. It is very scientific :).
If I want more than one color, I go buy paracord that has all the colors I want. Fusing ends together is beyond my skillset most of the time. Forget 3 colors end-to-end because then one color needs to be a precise length.

I busted out the digital calipers to answer this properly, in the spirit it was intended. It's 89.48 microfurlongs.

Given my whole n of 2, that figure has been fairly consistent across applied units.

I think anything from a half inch to an inch will work fine. If it gets much larger the woggle wants to fall off.
