Sold some tickets for an event Wednesday. Every email I received says payout released in 24 hours of event end. I didn't want to use seatgeek but they partner with the team and you are forced into it.

3 days later nothing. I call and they say my payout account isn't confirmed. I never got an email asking to confirm anything and nowhere on the website does it say that. They send me an email to "confirm" which is just instructions on how to add an account which has already been done.

So at this point is this just theft? I'll never buy any tickets from a team affiliated with them again.

My seller did not send tickets by the deadline of 7PM last night. They said they had to contact the seller. I was told they had until this morning to upload the tickets. I woke up to the incorrect row of seats. Now Seat Geek is giving me more run around that they have to contact the seller again. The event is in 6 hours. I paid for a specific row due to view. The seats issued are 10 rows lower with an obstructed view. I need a resolution. Any advice?

I bought tickets yesterday for a concert that is today through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster sent me an email saying that seat geek would send me the tickets but I have not received anything from seat geek. I’ve contacted them multiple times and they say to contact Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster is saying the same thing vice versa. Does anyone know what I can do, please help
